Sans Souci is a collection of palaces, parks, and other monuments from the 18th and 19th Centuries, near Berlin. The settlements of World War II took place near this area, at Potsdam. Voltaire stayed at one of these buildings, known collectively as Sans Souci,without worry, to old French students, or in Wikipedia, without cares: see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sans_Souci The complex was built by Kaiser Wilhelm IV.
